Using Yoga Navigator, you can create personalized sessions of any length or focus selecting from over 130 poses. Alternatively you can select from a list of preset sessions based on the area of focus. During practice, the session can be driven using pre-determined time or using voice commands. You can easily edit any session to adjust the yoga poses. This also includes an exercise timer, mindful breathing timer and Meditation routines.
